1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting private enterprise clients for Solar PV System EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, as well as other energy-related products and services within the group.
Analyze client requirements and propose tailored energy solutions that align with their operational and sustainability goals.
2. Sales Cycle Management
Manage the full sales process—from lead generation, proposal development, and client presentations to contract negotiation and deal closure—to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized and competitive proposals.
3. Market & Opportunity Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to support executive decision-making.
4. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Expand the company’s market presence by developing opportunities in new industries and territories.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Solar PV EPC or renewable energy sector, with a focus on private sector clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Basic knowledge of solar PV technology, EV solutions, and energy-related services is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client engagements.
