Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management
• Contribute to the development of event themes, concepts, and creative elements
• Collaborate with team members to create event marketing materials and promotions
• Support on-site event execution, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for attendees
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Passion for creativity and innovation in event planning
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Previous experience in event planning or related field is a plus
