Compliance Specialist

Job Specifications:

• Investigate fraud or break the rules incidents
• Provide consultancy and advices to employees regarding company’s rules & regulation inquiries
• Provide labor law training to employees to create HR compliance awareness

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political Science, Human Resource Management or related fields.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Law, compliance or human resource management field
• Good knowledge of the relevant Labors laws
• Problem solving skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English
