Oversee and drive the growth of revenue, volume, and key procedures for assigned clinics.
Develop and implement growth and revenue strategies in collaboration with doctors and nurses to enhance clinic performance within the hospital.
Utilize data analytics to generate reports, monitor clinic performance, and assess the effectiveness of marketing plans.
Lead the creation of service packages and manage marketing operations for product and service launches.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clinics and internal marketing teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, hospital management, management, or clinical fields; background in clinical, science, or mathematics is preferred.
Proven experience in a hospital or healthcare industry setting.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in data analysis with a good understanding of clinical services and operations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
