The Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing sales strategies and marketing activities to drive room and F&B revenue for two boutique hotels: The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan and Wireless Road.
This role oversees direct sales, OTA channels, social media campaigns, events sales, and travel industry partnerships. The candidate must collaborate with the digital marketing and SEO team to ensure online visibility and brand consistency across platforms, while achieving sales targets and business growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive room and F&B revenue across both properties.
Manage and grow relationships with B2C and B2B clients including travel agents, event organizers, and corporate accounts.
Oversee OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) and work with revenue management to optimize rate strategy.
Execute direct sales initiatives and campaigns targeting local and international markets.
Proactively pursue new business opportunities and respond to RFPs for group bookings or events.
Lead and mentor junior sales team members, if applicable.
Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing activities in collaboration with the hotelâs marketing team.
Work with the digital marketing and SEO agency/team to increase website traffic, online bookings, and brand awareness.
Coordinate photo/video shoots, branding materials, and promotions across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LINE OA, etc.
Support social media content direction, influencer collaborations, and cross-channel campaigns.
Assist in organizing or promoting hotel-hosted events, PR initiatives, and media coverage.
Monitor competitorsâ marketing activities and industry trends to stay relevant and competitive.
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3â5 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, preferably in boutique or lifestyle hotels.
Proven ability to generate revenue through a mix of sales channels including OTAs, direct bookings, and B2B partnerships.
Strong understanding of online marketing, digital performance metrics, and SEO basics.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based hotel management tools.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for boutique hospitality.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple projects across two properties.
Based at The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan with regular visits to Wireless Road location.
Occasionally required to attend evening or weekend events.
Hybrid working or flexible arrangements may be considered depending on performance.
