Roles And Responsibility

• Administer Group Credit Life and Group EB policies, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of policies and procedures.
• Conduct UAT for group system enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and functionality of new features.
• Provide exceptional services to partners and end customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate reporting on group policies, keeping track of policy performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Bancassurance Operations, is highly advantageous.
• English proficiency is preferable, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
