Business Development Manager (Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Leverage a combination of email marketing, social media, and event participation to innovatively outreach to potential Host Companies
• Collaborate with Chambers of Commerce and Business Networks to identify and connect with potential leads.

Lead Nurturing and Development

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of existing Host Companies
• Develop, implement, and evaluate engaging campaigns to attract and onboard new Host Companies in our program locations, expanding our network.
• Conduct thorough vetting processes to ensure all Host Companies meet our H&S protocols
• Proactively keep Host Companies informed about program updates, resources, and relevant information

Client Management

• Responsible for evaluating participants profiles and effectively ‘matching’ them to a suitable Host Company
• Engage with participants to establish specific needs, requirements and opportunities available on our programs
• Assist the Program Management Team with participants welfare if issues arise in the workplace
• Assisting with Host Company documentation needed for participants’ Visa.
• Keep information up to date in our CRM system
• Check in with Host Company during and the internship program regarding interns’ progress, and follow up after the program ends for further feedback.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION

• 2-5 years experience in business development
• Fluency in English
• Management experience
• Experience of higher education and/or international education
• Passion for travel and education
• Organization and project management skills
• Able to effectively prioritize requests and projects
• Data management or previous use of a CRM system
• Understanding of our program locations: Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, China, India, Thailand.
