Work with the Data & Analytics BI Business Partner / Product Manager and Data & Analytics Engineering team and serve as a key player to build analytical products, identify business opportunities and areas of improvement for the organization. Translate business challenges and opportunities into propositions for data and analytical products that makes a difference.
Engage with the business and facilitate storytelling and sprint planning sessions. Map the product features to priority and time.
Work closely with function area users across the organization to understand use case requirements and to ensure the solutions are aligned with business needs and Pandoras strategy.
Ensure credibility by providing timely and accurate insights and analyses of business performance.
What Is Needed To Succeed
3+ years of experience within business intelligence / analytics,
Problem-solver, with an analytical mind and good stakeholder management skills,
Experience of planning and executing in an agile framework,
Have a passion for understanding data and an ability to draw conclusions from the analyses,
Experience of visualizing and presenting insights from data,
Knowledge about Microsoft data platform azure stack and Power BI is a plus,
