Role & Responsibilities:
AI Strategy and Innovation:
- Identify strategic opportunities for AI adoption and innovation within the organization.
- Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential impact of AI initiatives.
- Define AI project objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
Business Analysis and Requirements Gatherings:
- Analyze and understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for AI projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
AI Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end AI projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analyst, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes
- Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Management Presentations and Communication:
- Prepare high-quality management presentations to communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Develop visually compelling presentations that effectively convey complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and influence decision-making
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Engage and collate with stakeholders from external vendors, internal technology teams, and business functions
- Foster strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in driving innovation and managing projects within a business context
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze complex business challenges and identify creative solutions
- Strong understanding and/or passionate about learning AI technologies, concepts, and industry trends
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Ability work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Passion for driving change, fostering innovation, and leveraging technology to create business value.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and acquiring new knowledge and skills as needed.
- Strong command of English and computer literacy.
