In this role, you will get to:
- Perform administration and Human Resources Operation such as Attendance, Payroll, Employee Relationship, Social Welfare, Repairing and Maintenance, Office Equipment Management, etc.
- Assist in answering related issues about Human Resources to employees
- Provide documentation support to HR team and handle with paper works
- Responsible for preparing and processing VISA, Work Permit and other Immigration matters for Expatriates
- Support company's activities including company trip, new year party, meeting etc.
- Provide support of office management, office stationary & equipment, including all mailings and reception
- Help with other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
You'll be successful if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HR admin, visa and work permit specialist
- People oriented, and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Able to handle and prioritise multiple different tasks.
- Strong at English communication
