Job Description:

• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Work with recruitment team to provide recruitment strategy for the key position and top management.
• Conduct HR analytics and insights deliverable plan in each business units to analyzes trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide Initiatives to enable/support business to perform in Talent development / Performance management / Employee engagement
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identifies training needs for business units.
• Address grievances solving for complex employee relations issue
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science.
• Minimum 5 years in human resource management, human resource development, and organization development, preferably in Financial Institutions, Financial Services, Banking Industry, Insurance.
• Analytical and goal oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Good communication & Presentation Skills.
