Assistant Manager Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Address employee grievances and conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Manage the daily operations of the HR department, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Assistant HR Manager in 4-star hotel or minimum 2-3 years of experience as HR Supervisor, preferably in the 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent spoken and written in Thai.
• Fluent spoken and written in English.
