Job Responsibilities:
Artist support and Advocacy:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Advocate for the artist's needs within the organization, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support.
- Assist artists in navigating the industry, providing guidance on professional opportunities and challenges.
Career Management:
- Collaborate with artists to plan and develop their career trajectories.
- Help coordinate marketing efforts that align with the artist's brand and career goals.
- Organize promotional activities, including media appearances, interviews, and other public relations events.
Contract and Negotiation support:
- Assist with negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and uphold the artist's interests.
- Review and manage contractual obligations to ensure compliance and satisfaction of both parties
Event coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for performance, tours, and appearances, including travel arrangements and schedules.
- Work closely with event promoters and other stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and meet the expectations of the artist and audience.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including producers, directors, and other artists.
- Represent artists at industry events and functions to network and foster professional relationships.
Feedback and improvement:
- Gather feedback from artists and industry stakeholders to continually improve support and services.
- Implement initiatives to enhance artist satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Information and Communication Technology, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in artist relations or talent management is preferred (New graduates are also welcome).
- Knowledge of the entertainment, media, production, advertising, art, or public relations industry and interest in photography and short videos is a plus.
- Excellent coordination, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Positive work attitude with a proactive and rational mindset.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible working hours and a valid driver's license are preferred.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
