Senior Account Manager

What will you do?

• Presenting and closing pitches.
• To identify and connect with PICs, for new business, ultimately building relationships with them, and positioning ADA as solution providers to their businesses.
• To effectively introduce and create an impactful impression of ADA to potential clients for a chance to partner with them.
• To update the sales tracker for weekly sales meeting by communicating with other departments/business functions.
• To prepare quotations, sales orders, getting NDAs signed or prepared, by communicating and working with commercial team and legal team for client’s campaigns or pitches for director’s approval.
• To facilitate the pitching and proposal process of all RFPs, pitch requests, and deck production by communicating and liaising with internal teams or assembling available working ‘pods’ via traffic manager or individually.
• Tracking progress of decks/proposals/quotations and providing progress reports daily.
• To provide meeting minutes for recap to clients, applicable for discussions, internal/pitch discussions, brainstorm sessions, and weekly sales recap.

What skills and experience you will need?

• The ability to effectively present proposals and solutions to the likes of C-level professionals, managers or decision makers.
• Charming your audiences and a flair for persuasion.
• An outspoken personality, socially committed character and ability to read the room.
• Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, IG, YouTube and Programmatic, whilst e-commerce knowledge adds brownie points.
• An innate ‘whatever-it-takes’ mindset and a willingness to learn everyday (Growth mindset/heartset).
• Composure under pressure and positivity (Good-vibes mentality, because no one with a negative mentality has ever become successful).
• A good sense of business acumen and understanding of the various industries.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst meeting a quality benchmark.
