Affiliate Strategy & Planning - Marketing, Shopee

• Develop commercial framework & commission policy for Affiliate Short-tail partners & key KOL partners  

• Identify new potential affiliate partners for acquisition & incubation

• Conduct in-depth analysis on Shopee creator/affiliate network landscape & develop tiered treatments to ensure achievement of affiliate traffic KPIs to platform

• Plan traffic KPI & budget

• Oversee total Affiliate commission budget & coordinate across sub-teams to ensure efficient planning & usage

• Other task as assigned by Employer from time to time
