    Account Management (Tech Sales)

    Position Details

    Requirements

    • Manage and develop relationships with existing technical sales accounts
    • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and discuss solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans and strategies
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base
    • Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
    • Develop and execute a plan for your territory to meet revenue targets.
    • Discuss with customers to understand requirements and execute the sales process
    • Understand the customer's needs and map Zoho software capabilities to the customers' needs.
    • Recommend solutions to customers in tandem with pre-sales engineers.
    • Collaborate with product teams and update product knowledge constantly.
    • The ability to understand consultative sales in any of the business functions such as Sales software, Marketing, Collaboration, Finance, or HR is an advantage.
    • Online and offline sales and account management experience.
    • Identify and nurture mid market accounts in the region. Understand business opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and work with the technical consultants and sales teams to grow the account.
    • The drive to close deals.


    Requirements And Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management
    • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong knowledge of software industry trends and solutions
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • Experienced in Software sales (SaaS), B2B sales or Inside sales.
    • Experience in selling similar solutions is a plus.
    • Be resourceful and have a great hunting sense to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Excellent business-level skills in local language are mandatory. Basic English skills for internal team communication.
    • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
