Manager Customer Care - Surgical

About the job

• Manage & lead the Customer care surgical Teams to get higher & better capability.
• Manage overall complaint also give feedback with proper time.
• Coordinate with all functions in DKSH in order to full support to Client.
• Participate in and lead projects from time to time as required.
• Create loyalty in client and good relationship with DKSH.
• Problem invoices solving with Client's Sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior executive manager.
• Develop and maintain service level and KPI for Clients.

Qualifications

• At least bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in management level in Operation / Sales & Marketing team
