Data Analyst (Marketing Division)

Job Description:

• Lead teamwith data scientists to develop Persona & behavioral targeted customers to ensure effective marketing activities and campaigns for KBank through data signals indicating customer’s interest and propensity to purchase
• Employ data science and marketing analytics to align online and offline views of campaign performance into a holistic, cross-channel view of marketing performance and attribution and generate insights that inform decisions
• Establish process and analysis with data scientist to work side by side with Product manager and Marketing team as an internal consultant providing customer insight, right target, right offer, feature recommendation, and right approach at the right moment
• Understand digital marketing and able to lead end to end projects with Data engineer and IT to deliver feedback loop, dashboard and analysis, starting from exploring new/ unstructured/ online data from app, to delivery
• Construct custom dashboards in Tableau or other BI tool for presentation to visualize big data sources to provide business-critical analytics and strategic insight. Communicate these insights concisely & visually for non-technical business partners (creative professionals, external partners, retailers, licensees & internal executives).
• Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and executives management by generating a hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and evaluating results in limited timeline and resources
• Transparently manage resources against timeline and able to communicate insight in brief

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS or related field.
• Skilled in Statistical Management Tools and SQL.
• Experience in Data Analytics position is required.
• Able to deal with Data Scientist on business related issues.
• Experience in Tech Company is a plus.
