Country Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
• : Manage & control the recruitment and selection process, expat services, especially expatriate academic staff
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• : Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Set up a consistent and effective HR functional system at the regional and school levels during the on boarding and operation period.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Fluency in Thai and English
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience (manager position), preferably in education and international recruitment.
• Proven experience as an HRM/ HR lead with experience in HRIS administration, including data management and user support.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai Immigration regulations, Labor laws and HR best practices.
• Stakeholder management skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM is an added advantage.
