Associate, KOL Development

Job Responsibilities

- Have the ability to identify channel for seeking potential influencers in the various channels such as Facebook, IG, or line

- Be responsible for hunting potential international influencers by pitching and negotiating a broad range of deals with potential influencers to join Online Station

- Incubate the newly acquired influencers to ensure potential growth for the new influencers

- Utilizing analytics and data as provided to ensure growth for influencers in our network

- Establish and maintain relationships with international influencers, YouTubers, and others

- A consultative style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive success in this role

- Candidates must feel comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating in person and via phone on both transaction and high value/exposure deals

- Negotiate influencer costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement

- Work closely with team sales related to support on influencer inquiries and give strategic direction based on your influencer marketing knowledge

- Execute influencer engagement campaigns by communicating and coordinating with influencers on their scope of work, requirements, timeline, and deliverables

- Having knowledge of digital nomad industry would be very beneficial

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 1-2 years of experience and have a strong connection for Influencers

- Experience in digital advertising agencies & sport industry

- Strong negotiation and communication skills 

- Strong analytical abilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Result-oriented and detail-oriented

- Fluency in Thai and English is a must
