Asset Control Supervisor - Ice Cream

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage new cabinet deliveries to distribution centers.

• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules.

• Process POs and receipts for transportation expenses and new asset acquisitions in Coupa.

• Maintain asset records, import serial numbers, and track approvals in CCS.

• Ensure accurate registration, insurance renewals, and legal documentation.

• Manage motorcycle transfers, monitor sales and eligibility, and prepare ownership documents.

• Oversee bidding processes for aging motorcycles, ensuring compliance with disposal procedures.

• Generate and assign barcodes for three-wheel equipment and cabinets.

• Maintain accurate records for tracking and auditing.

• Issue power of attorney documents for legal matters.

• File and process insurance and tax payments for vehicles.

• Update registration numbers, engine details, and barcode records.

• Oversee distribution of metal license plates.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 year of related policies/procedures control with distributors related experienced.

• Ability to engage with cross function and having influence skill.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness and ability to embrace change and to adapt new strategies

• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Knowledge of asset tracking systems (CCS, SAP, Coupa).

• Familiarity with procurement, logistics, and compliance processes.
