Sun Group Academy - Student Recruitment Director

The Student Recruitment Director will design and lead strategic initiatives to attract exceptional students who will become the next generation of hospitality leaders. This role blends marketing expertise, industry insight, and hospitality professionalism to enhance the Academy’s local and international presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with EHL standards.

• Lead, coach, and inspire the recruitment and admissions team.

• Design targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Establish partnerships with high schools, universities, and hospitality industry stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education.

• 5–7 years of recruitment or marketing experience in hospitality or education.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver results.

• Proficiency in English; other languages are advantageous.
