Develop marketing strategies, plans, define content USP, message, create plans in detail and execute these activities to promote games’ contents (update, character, skin…). Act as project owner, taking care of all aspects of campaign execution including creative idea, channels utilization, content creation and logistics
Grow user awareness, engagement, interest of new contents & events
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, design, video editing, code, legal, purchase...) and/or with external resources (production house, agency, KOLs, social Facebook/YouTube channel, artists, cosplayers...) to bring campaigns, programs and assets to life visually.
Provide an analytical and KPI-oriented after event report, with findings and lesson learnt
Common tasks are to manage campaigns, generate website ideas & logic, copywriting, art direction, video production (various types), booking KOLs & other media…

Has at least 3 years of marketing and communications experience
Experience in executing marketing strategies for major, public facing products
Strong communication and networking skills
Social media content creation & analytics (Facebook creator studio, YouTube creator studio, Google Analytics), copywriting, video production, website idea creation
Proactive and problem-solving skills
Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
Deliver under pressure
Eager to learn and fast learner
Great communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 6.5+ IELTS is a plus.
Passion for games, esports and the gaming industry
Bachelor degree in a recognized university
