Spare Parts Sales Coordinator

Your tasks

• ​​​​​Internal handling of inquiries, normal spare parts, spare part packages and overhaul package for customers
• Process quotation and orders in sales system including follow-up delivery time
• Maintain customer satisfaction related to spare parts inquiries
• Coordinates spare parts activities and work closely with Project Management, Service Team, Material -Management Team and Finance Team
• Provide support to Sales Managers and related teams
• Handle other relevant tasks assigned by superior

Your profile

• ​​​​​Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordinator field
• Good knowledge in SAP (preferable)
• Fluent in English language for business communication (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge in Korean language preferable
• Willing to work in Bangna area
