Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to HR, L&D, and business leaders across Thailand
Qualify and nurture potential clients who align with our mission of workforce development
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations (20-30 per month) for our B2B learning solutions
Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
Support lead generation efforts for our corporate training and development solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
Help organizations understand how FutureSkill can address their learning and development needs
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Telesales or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone presence and consultative approach
Basic understanding of corporate training and development
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Strong interest in EdTech and corporate training solutions
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Experience in an edtech company, IT software, and training is a plus.
