About The Job
Help identify and align therapuetic areas for market entry.
Understand market landscape and patient, HCP and competitive insights to impactmarket entry strategy.
Help build models , brand, portfolio and engine options, market activation tools to create , capabilities for a market mix conducive for an impactful entry into SEA.
Drive country parnership as zonal respresentative embedded in the CBU.
Be the key driver of the project management process in the CBU.
Support inorganic expansion.
About You
Demonstrated ability of building a new business, by adopting an HCP and patient centric mindset. Convert local insight into business decisions/innovation approach. Own the CBU marketentry business case.
Work with CBU teams to convert global insights, strategies and assets into impactful GTM, assets. Buildlocal capabilities which are superior and smarter thanc ompetition.
Track key KPI to ensure business case delivery. Escalate in the right forums for course correction.
Own relationships with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, KOL).
The incumbent should have 12-14 years of experience in marketing roles in MNC medical nutrition organisations in key SEA countries.
Thrives in a cross functional, multicultural environment. Collaborates to innovate. Sharp deployment of resources to maximise outcomes.
Patience to build, manage ambiguity but keenness to drive timely outcomes.
Ability to influence while keeping patients, HCP needs first. Data based decisions making.
Openness to put the fish on the table and ask for legitimate help.
Focus on both the what and how. Think mid term to build capabilities to win.
