Portfolio Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management & Growth: Collaborate with the investment team to assess startup potential, optimize portfolio performance, and identify growth opportunities

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with startups, investors, and strategic partners

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze portfolio company performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and present findings on industry trends, investment opportunities, and partnership prospects

• Startup Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies based on market expertise and understanding of startup challenges

• Due Diligence Support: Assess business models, financial strategies, and growth potential of potential and existing portfolio companies

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate, negotiate, and align goals with various stakeholders including portfolio companies, co-investors, and partners

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies in fast-paced, evolving environments with innovative solutions

• International Engagement: Travel internationally for meetings, events, and portfolio company visits

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business models, financial performance, and market opportunities

• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder relationship building within investment, consulting, or corporate development environments

• Excellent track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception to completion

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or certifications a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of startup ecosystem dynamics, growth strategies, and venture capital processes

• Experience working directly with early-stage to growth-stage companies
