Payment Operations Analyst (German)

What You Will Do

• Provide support to individual or group retailers for card transactions processed through a centralized online system across branded Esso service stations in Europe.

• Monitor rejected transactions across several European countries to ensure timely payments to retailers or retail groups.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by responding to card issuers within defined timeframes to avoid financial liabilities.

• Utilize multiple data sources to investigate and manage transaction controls, including identifying potential fraudulent card activity.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.

• 0–5 years of experience in commercial or related fields is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (TOEIC score of 750+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+).

• Fluency in German is required.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
