Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, financial reports, and professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate meetings and engagements, including agenda planning, minute-taking, and action follow-ups.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders such as regulators, investors, and strategic partners.
Assist with project coordination and ensure timely progress on strategic initiatives, including compliance-related tasks.
Conduct research and compile relevant data or market insights to support the CEO’s decision-making.
Oversee and maintain a smooth, professional office environment related to executive operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support executive functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role — experience in the financial or securities industry is a plus.
Excellent command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Knowledge of securities regulations and compliance practices is an advantage.
