Key Responsibilities
Conduct accounting and tax due diligence for M&A and investment projects, identifying key financial findings.
Analyze and propose tax structures to optimize compliance and business benefits.
Perform purchase price adjustments, deferred settlements, and purchase price allocations in line with accounting standards.
Prepare accounting data for merger control filings and review financial documentation.
Collaborate with FNA teams to support post-merger integration and ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: 3-5 years in financial analysis, M&A, or tax-related fields (experience in M&A deals or international projects is a plus).
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
