Handle dispute settlement for damaged/late delivery/fake attempts and ensure targeted recovery rate.
Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
Collaboration with shipping carriers and third-party logistics providers ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, standardize SOPs across 3PLs, operational metric improvement and cost reduction
Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
From 2 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
