Engineer, Supplier Chargeback Management

Job Description

• Coordinate with automotive parts manufacturers for market warranty claims.
• Coordinate with relevant of Nissan, both domestic and oversea.
• Evaluate the Supplier quality and its responsibilities.
• Review warranty data, collect warranty data and judgment of supplier objection.
• Prepare a report or summarize the results of market warranty claims to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent
• Prior work experience in Automotive industry, Supplier Quality Control, quality assurance, and product/ process validation is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Good English communicate and respond for e-mail to related person.
• Good command of Microsoft, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word
• Good responsible for assigned tasks.
• Maturity discussion well with others.
• Always learn and develop the episode itself.
