หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare documents such as booking confirmation to the customers
• Communicate with carrier for booking vessel arrangement
• Coordinate between oversea agents, customer and supplier.
• Communicate with sales team for buying and selling rate, update quotation and customer requirement
• Coordinate with billing team for any money collection issue
• Can open and close the job as schedule.
• Can check the documents correctly and timely.

คุณสมบัติ

• Male or Female
• Age between 22-35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Can use English in daily coordination
• Computing skill – excel, world, outlook, internet
• Good in coordination and communication both external and internal, having interpersonal skill and team work.
• Working experience in freight forwarder at least 1 year.
