3️⃣ If both sides are excited → transition to full-time.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

– Pair deep and broad empathy with systems thinking.

– Can translate messy constraints into clear, valuable flows.

– Coordinate across multiple stakeholders without losing focus.

– Care about setting a new benchmark for our industry

– Are based in HCMC — rapid context-sharing in person is non-negotiable for this role.

– Seek to understand first, instead of jumping to conclusions.

– Strong preference for existing Timo users.
