Chief Technology Officer

Job Description:

• Build highly available, high-concurrency, low-latency, and scalable cloud-native distributed applications
• Establish a flexible and rigorous financial compliance system, including but not limited to KYC, AML, CFT, and adapt to the compliance requirements of different regions
• Participate in the design and development of complex financial trading systems, and the design and development of a rigorous accounting and reconciliation system
• Design and develop a flexible quantitative trading system for general users
• Develop global, omnichannel operational support systems and marketing systems
• Optimize the end-to-end system for users, pursuing extreme high concurrency and low latency

Job Requirements:

• We need both relatively inexperienced "fresh meat" with a strong technical Geek spirit, as well as industry veterans with rich experience
• We hope you can actively participate, be willing to take on responsibilities, and be result-oriented
• We use mature technologies and frameworks, but also encourage the use of appropriate new technologies in suitable scenarios to solve problems efficiently
• If you have experience with excellent open-source software and system technology source code research, usage, and customized development, we will highly welcome it, including but not limited to: Dubbo, Spring/SpringBoot/SpringCloud, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch
• Have passion for technology, enjoy research, and can quickly understand the business
• Good communication and teamwork skills, and able to handle work pressure
