Responsibilities:
Monitor the Forecast & Replenishment system and related systems, performing initial troubleshooting according to established procedures.
Provide support to internal business users, assisting with the analysis and initial resolution of F&R system issues.
Coordinate and escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal IT teams (e.g., ERP, Data, Infrastructure)
Liaise with the F&R system vendor for issues beyond internal resolution
Participate in system testing with the Forecast & Replenishment system vendor during system upgrades or enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Support, SCM Forecast & Replenishment, or a combination of both.
Experience with RELEX software is a plus.
Familiarity with working on SAP software.
Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both IT and Business stakeholders.
