Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for product introduction, modification, and discontinuation to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor performance metrics, and optimize product clustering strategies.
Process Management and Automation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automated workflows, reducing manual processes and increasing productivity.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven product recommendations and ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development or strategy development.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Excellence in data analysis, can use SQL & knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
Creative and strategic thinker.
Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Strong team player with adaptability to change.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interaction.
Committed and driven to achieve business objectives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
