Senior Reporting & BI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting objectives, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business goals.

• Design and develop scalable and user-friendly BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our reporting systems.

• Perform data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation checks and quality assurance processes.

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in reporting and BI technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide training and support on reporting tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Reporting/BI Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and building BI dashboards and reports.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.

• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Prior experience in the fintech industry or related domains is a plus.
