Senior Merchandising Renovation Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage overall new store, renovation, space optimization of Mom & Kids and Small Appliance department for Central & Robinson department stores
• Define target of new stores/renovated stores: Sales, GP, Sales/SQM, GP/SQM, and space requirements of overall department & sub-departments
• Define new concepts for new store/renovation in order to keep improving customer experience
• Allocate SQM to each sub categories and brands - Work on layout details
• Work closely with store design & store team for execution process – from design block plan/layout, construction phasing, Live-date
• Post-new store/renovation results review and suggestions to further improve
• Review top doors space optimization and suggest ways to improve sales/gp of that store/ space e.g. brand in/out, change departments
• Suggest new brands/change location of a brand or add new concepts as per key actions
• Roles involve collaborations with many departments from category teams, store design, and store team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Interior or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or retail renovation management is a plus.
• Profound understanding in store decoration and building in retail business
• Good managerial skills
• Good command of English
