1. Bank Guarantee (“BG”) Issuance and Return
Work closely, promptly, and proactively with BUs to proceed end-to-end for BG issuances within timely manner and by deadline provided by BUs
Work closely and proactively with BUs and banks regarding a return of expired BG targeting to save the fee.
Work with Accounting and Treasury with respect to BG Fee payment and expense accrual;
Understand overall BG credit limit and be able to plan for BG facility needed for both annually and quarterly targeting to sufficiently secure BG facilities to support the business growth.
Understand clearly on all BG’s finance documents including but not limited to a master agreement, application, fee letter, and others, and then be able to promptly respond to any ad-hoc events.
To pinpoint terms & conditions which are not in favor to the company and then align internally as well as set proper conversations with banks to eventually optimize fee and improve such terms and conditions.
Able to coordinate and maintain good relationships with both Thai and offshore banks supporting the facilities.
Proactively explore new sources of facilities as well as set proper conversations with banks with the aim of optimizing related fees and costs
To suggest and introduce initiatives to improve productivity as well as operational processes under own areas.
2. Reporting and Ad-hocs:
Coordinate with internal divisions, properly prepare, and submit relevant information or report or document as required by accountings, banks, and management on timely manner.
Understand terms and conditions of BG’s finance documents and compare with terms and conditions of other facilities, i.e. term loan to make sure any new BG’s finance document will be aligned and improved from previous finance documents.
Coordinate with inhouse legal or legal counsel to derive legal opinions in relation to each relevant case.
Get updated proactively on the movement of economics, interest rate trend, THB & foreign currency, and then able to provide a concise summary to supervisor and management.
Get in touch with banks so as to understand the recent economics and movement in the market and later could summarize the impacts to the company.

3. AI & Automation and Process Streamline
Willing to learn new application and/or AI so as to be able to streamline existing processes and/or improve productivity
Be able to drive execution of any automation or process improvement
Eager to learn analytics and/or AI skill so as to improve overall operational process & productivity including but not limited to a training AI agent to digest all related BG finance document and then provide correct summary whenever needed.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Total experience of 3-5 years in banking industry.
Experience in bank guarantee and/or working capital facilities and/or banking facilities is a plus.
Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
