Ice Cream Asia Supply Chain Execution Lead (Fixed Term)

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the diligence, planning and execution of all Supply Chain establishment activities in the region (e.g, manufacturing site readiness, 3PL readiness, product / supply flows re-mapped, Purchase orders, inventory builds, facility separation etc.) .
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain PMO Lead to plan for regional separation and provide regular updates about progress, risks and issues; serve as key point of contact for local in-country Supply Chain leads.
• Provide input into key Supply Chain requirements for country profiles, timelines and workplans.
• Develop and manage regional Supply Chain establishment workplan.
• Manage and track cross-functional interdependencies.
• List of Supply Chain requirements for the region.
• Regular updates (progress, risks, issues) related to Supply Chain establishment activities.
• Supply Chain inputs for country diligence (country profiles, country timelines, country workplans)
• Detailed Supply Chain Separation and Establishment workplan (including key milestones, activities, owners, timelines etc.)
• List of cross-functional interdependencies.

Experience And Qualification

• Proven experiences in leading complex Supply Chain projects across diverse geographical locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with project goals.
