HRD Intern

Job description​

• Assist in implementing employee development plan, including enhancing employee's awareness in their own development and career path 
• Help us build and maintain competitive employer branding
• Improve employee experiences at the workplace by buildling a supportive work environment
• Organize and/or facilitate company events and activities that will engage employee in being a BOLer
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement HRD plans and ensure our processes run smoothly

Requirement

• 3rd or 4th year university student or new grads in Human Resources, Communication, or other related fields
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and fast-acting
• Self-motivated and open-minded with a can-do attitude
• Excellent time management skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Thai
