Head of Wealth Product & Investment Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Develop investment views and analyze a wide range of wealth products including mutual funds, offshore equities, structured products, and bonds to provide tailored recommendations for high-net-worth (HNW) clients.

• Lead macroeconomic and cross-asset class analysis to identify risks and opportunities for portfolio positioning.

• Design and enhance strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies aligned with HNW client needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create investment content for live streaming, research reports, and social media.

• Oversee the development of presentation materials and training documents to support sales and marketing initiatives.

• Provide data and information support across internal functions.

• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior analysts to ensure high-quality research output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA or similar certifications are a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management, or a related financial services role.

• In-depth knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment strategy for HNW clients.

• Strong macroeconomic and cross-asset class analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for varied audiences.

• Proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg and advanced Excel.

• Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
