Job Summary

Responsible for being overall accountability on Business processes implemented in ERP applications, Continuous process improvement & automation, process documentation, Business Requirement analysis, Project Control and Support. Be an expert in Business processes of the company and proactively engage with users to automate the manual processes. Leading the implementation of Process Improvement projects, closely coordinate with business and IT teams. Drive the change process that will transform to a culture of process improvement and compliance.

Job Description

• Gather requirements from the clients, understand business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI/CO

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Create document to support project (Business Requirement, Business Blueprint, Functional Specification, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual. That depending on type of project)

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.

• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
2. Age between 26 - 40 years
3. Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English and Thai
4. Excellent communication skill, presentation skill and self-learning skill
5. At least 5 years’ experience in role of ERP Functional Consultant, Business/System Analyst or Business Process Improvement on SAP ERP FI/CO
6. Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as Business Requirement, Business Blueprint, Functional Specification, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual.
7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
9. Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
