Key Responsibility:
Assist in developing creative concepts and translating them into actionable campaign strategies, customized by format.
Coordinate the end-to-end process by working closely with Merchandiser, Trade Plan Category, Marketing, SRD, and Operations to support the development and execution of effective promotions and events that contribute to sales targets.
Coordinating closely with Category Trade Plan in order to gather trade information and activity which use for sale forecasting
Assist in preparing and briefing event plans, including required mechanics, space allocation, and execution needs to relevant teams.
Benchmark market and competitor activities to identify opportunities for event enhancement.
Monitor and evaluate event performance; gather learnings and suggest improvement areas.
Maintain campaign documentation, accurate reports of event trade performance and execution checklists.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Having at least 1 years of experiences in Trade Marketing, Trade Planning and Events
Familiar with retail environments, merchandising, or shopper marketing is a plus.
Microsoft office especially Advance in Microsoft Excel applications to automate and simplify data analysis
