WMS Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the performance of the WMS to ensure optimal support for warehouse operations.

• Coordinate between IT and warehouse teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

• Lead WMS-related Operation support team including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements activity.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system updates.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to WMS usage.

• Generate reports and analyze system data to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in operations and/or WMS management.

• Strong understanding of WMS platforms such as SAP EWM, Manhattan, or Oracle WMS.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with ERP systems and system integration.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Operation process improvement certification.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of warehouse automation or CRM technologies.
