Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing the Wellness strategy and supporting the Wellness Director in all wellness related responsibilities and issues.

Wellness Conciege will be responsible for opening and closing the Wellness concierge, greeting and assisting guests, maintaining a neat reception area, ensuring continuous reception coverage, guiding guests, and advising on treatments and contraindications with specialist support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational, management and written and verbal communication skills (English) and computer skills.
• Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent presentation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
