Collaborate closely with website content managers, marketing operations and CDI XO understand timelines and requirements for activating website content.
Coordinate the scheduling and execution of website content rollout activities with content editors according to established timelines and deadlines.
Attend regular CRO stand-ups, and ceremonies to make sure we the website content team is informed on changes to templates or other stories that may influence the rollout of website content.
Ensure that activated website content is displayed correctly and according to the website content strategy brief.
Manage translation and signoff by markets before going live; oversees variations by markets.
Maintain detailed documentation of website content rollout procedures and best practices.
Provide training and support to website content editors on basic content rollout processes & tools.
Continuously assess and optimize rollout process and workflows to enable scale, and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in website content management or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with web development processes and terminology is a plus.
Project management experience is preferred.
Good working "end user" knowledge of at least one web content management system (CMS), such as EpiServer CMS/optimizely, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, etc. And related tools
