Guide daily meeting and operations to support inbound/outbound needs
Coach and develop 3PL contractor team members to successful results, including identifying training
Effectively manage warehouse utilization and resolve exceptions to daily operations
Effectively reporting and management for Environmental Conditions for 3PL warehouses
Maintain contingency plans for time sensitive operations (customer issues, systems malfunctions, inventory exceptions, transport equipment issues)
Daily interaction with supply chain management (supply planning, transportation, quality, finance and inventory control)
Interaction with Head of Department/Manager to share best practices and maintain compliance
Manage quality processes are executed in accordance with SOPs and established best practices
Ensure quality service to consumers by exceeding customer shipping requirements within the established time frame, and by communicating to internal contacts any issues that may impact customers
Ensure 100% quality shipments: accurate item of delivery; correct quantity are shipped; proper labeling ; accurate and timely documentation; trailers are loaded in appropriate manner
Perform safety audits/checks of warehouse storage racks/locations, floors, docks, dock doors, clutter/debris and oil on floor. Overall safety of Warehouse
Manage capex or high value expense projects (ie. projects, pallet purchases, etc)
Perform other duties as designated by Head of Supply Chain
Your profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related fields
Minimum 4 years of work experience in Order management, or Logistics, or Purchasing
Able to work in SAP system (Material management module)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Required: Vlookup, Pivot table)
Proactive thinking, Problem solving competence
Time and self-management, well organized, and able to work to meet deadline with strong sense of emergency handling
Good command in English (Read, Written, Spoken)
