Capability Building: Analyze event conversion pathways to enrich and consolidate event formats continually. Enhance event infrastructure and capabilities to improve overall platform event operation efficiency
Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze event operation data to gain insights into industry trends and market demands. Ensure the platform's competitiveness in event operations
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in internet/financial technology fields
Diligent and results-oriented, with strong data analysis skills
Strong ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with overseas event operations and financial industry event regulations
Ability to discern global trends and develop corresponding event plans or thematic concepts
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
